Case:
A Finnish growth company is seeking assistance to help multiply the revenue in 2010-2011. The company is in the recycling industry, has strong competitive advantages, revenue in 2010 will be more than 5 million EUR. The goal is to multiple the revenue of the company and company value, possibly expand internationally and prepare for an exit within three years. This assignment will start in August and expected time consumption will be similar to a non-executive board position. You will work together with the Comset team on a position similar to a board position, but within a team.
Profile of the PPN Member needed:
- International experience
- Financing of investments, credibility in building/judging investment proposals
- Experience of rapid growth (management, leadership)
- Use of technology (IT) in improving competitiveness, reducing costs, management information
- Development of a commercial or industrial chain company
- Finnish language mandatory, others will count as a plus
