What is the Professional Partners Network?

Professional Partners Network (PPN) is a non-profit network for Nordic seasoned business professionals with the objective to create opportunities and to act as a confidential network for investing and value-building in Nordic companies.

BACKGROUND

With a common Nordic approach to invest in companies, support growth and multiplying company value, Comset and Nordic Growth in 2009 agreed to launch a network, Professional Partners Network (PPN). PPN incorporates Nordic Growth’s Professional Partners and Comset’s knowledge investor pool. After one year of operations PPN now enters next stage with its own resources and a new strategy.

Comset is successfully advising small and medium sized private companies on growth strategies, always with a strict focus on multiplying company value by successful implementation. Comset has through its network of knowledge investors secured both intellectual capital and capital contributions to successfully realize the planned strategies in a number of companies.

Nordic Growth is a private equity fund manager and as an active investor engages with board and management of Nordic portfolio companies on growth strategy development and implementation with focus on value creation. Strategy processes include a particular focus on internationalization and the use of technology to support the competitive advantage. Nordic Growth through its network of Professional Partners provides access for portfolio companies to experienced managers and specialists for various engagements including example board positions and interim as well as permanent placements.
