Types of engagements Comset use PPN forBelow you find a number of ways Comset use the PPN network in order to service its clients Call for Panel™Call for Panel™ is a part of the Comset Impulse Package and is performed as a one hour teleconference in English. The focus in the teleconference is value creating ideas and company valuations. PPN members analyse and comment on a Nordic company's growth ideas, plans and valuation assumptions as support to the team from Comset working with the case company. Invitations to the Call for Panel™ are send out by emails between the PPN members who express interest, three are selected for the particular panel session depending on their background. Compensation: Standard compensation for the selected PPN member is 100 EUR. Call for Cooper™What is a Call for Cooper™? Call for Cooper™ is a three month engagement for a selected PPN member to support the Comset team in its efforts to help a company reinforcing its growth strategy.
Call for Booster™A longer term engagement which accelerate the growth of a company. If a case company´s entrepreneur decide to reinforce their team in accelerating their growth with the Comset Booster™ -package, a PPN member is chosen to engage in the process as a knowledge investor. The PPN member work as a team member together with case company´s entrepreneurs, and the account manager from the Comset team. compensation: Fixed fee or Revenue sharing tied to actual value increase and monthly fee for cost coverage.
